We are looking for experienced RN's to join the region's largest healthcare system. There is a need for RNs with Operating Room and ICU experience. You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients. We have open locations in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City
There are signing bonuses available for specific shifts and specialties with a 1 or 2 year commitment
Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients
- Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
- Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
- Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RN's
- One+ year experience
- Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
